A charity aperitif in a wonderful Tuscan village with a guided visit to the Historical House of Nicolò Macchiavelli, a famous XVI century writer, and especially to his private studio, where he wrote his main masterpiece. It is open to patients and caregivers but also to the general public.
It will be a unforgettable experience and the opportunity to talk with doctors about gynaecological cancers and improve awareness on risk factors, symptoms, early diagnosis and prevention.
Organization
Acto Toscana is member of the Acto Group of patient advocacy organizations engaged in the prevention and care of all gynecological cancers, consisting of 1 national and 7 regional Acto Associations in Italy, independently established and autonomous, in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Campania, Apulia and Sicily. Acto mission is to improve the awareness, to promote prevention and screening, to support equal access to care, to organize initiatives improving patinent quality of life and to advocate for their rights.
