On September 20th, from 9 AM to 1 PM, a promotional stand will be set up in Gornja Radgona to mark World GO Day 2024. The event aims to raise awareness about gynaecological cancers and provide the public, particularly women, with essential information on prevention and early detection. At the stand, visitors will have access to a range of valuable resources and informative materials designed to educate and support individuals in understanding the significance of early intervention. This initiative fosters community engagement and encourages meaningful discussions about health and well-being, empowering individuals on their journey toward better health.

Organization

Europa Donna Slovenia, established in 1997, is a member of Europa Donna - the European Breast Cancer Coalition, dedicated to raising awareness, education, and support for breast and gynaecologic cancer patients and their families. Our programs provide valuable information and resources, as well as direct support to those affected by these cancers. We empower patients to participate in their care decisions and stand by them through our organizations and representatives. By bridging communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and policymakers, we aim to enhance the quality of life for those impacted by ensuring they receive comprehensive care and support throughout their journey during treatment and post-treatment recovery.
