The event will take place at the University of Baghdad. It will be supervised by the department of Obstetrics & Gynecology - College of Medicine. Faculty members and oncologists will be available with information leaflets, also a group of medical students will be part of the activity in order to help answering and clarifying any question that would be asked from the attendees who will include other faculty members and students in the colleges of the University of Baghdad. Other goal is raising awareness about symptoms screening of gynecological malignancies. We will be talking about prevention, treatment and emphasizing that cancer is not a stigma, the activity will be supported by posters, leaflets.
Organization
The College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad is considered one of the prestigious institutions that takes pride in its precedence over other medical colleges in Iraq and the Arab world in terms of medical education and training. It was established in 1927, which puts it ahead of the University of Baghdad by approximately 30 years from the founding of this college.
